This hotel has an outstanding location which makes it convenient to go anywhere in the city. the rooms are spacious and they have a sufficient amount of natural light. the staff are welcoming and friendly, always with a smile on their face. the hotel offers great value for money. they have great facilities and provide an amazing breakfast.
There is an issue with the shower which can make it uncomfortable for some guests.

The staff were generally friendly and tried their best to make our New Year stay a pleasant one. The breakfast was decent and we liked the variety of options available. The location of the hotel was convenient, with restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. We also appreciated the fact that they offered free shuttle service to the airport.
Our room was not up to our expectations. The bathroom was cramped and the shower was uncomfortable to use.

The hotel was conveniently located, only a short 5-7 minute walk from downtown, the mall and the highway. We also appreciated the great value for the price and ended up extending our stay four times.

An added bonus was that parking was available both on the street and at the hotel.
